Gymnastics wall bars (also known as a gymnastics ladder, Swedish ladder, Swedish walls or as stall bars) 

Swedish Ladder can enhance abdominal muscle strength and upper limbs’ ability to hang and exercise abdominal muscles and flexibility. To use of equipment in right way, gradually increase the intensity and frequency of exercise.

The wall bars have many uses and are widely used in gyms, schools or home. They are used simply for climbing and for coordination skills, particularly in primary school education. They are also used by more advanced gymnasts for resistance training, flexibility training or abdominal exercises. Gymnasts can hang from a higher bar with their back facing the bar and perform abdominal exercises, or hang facing the bar to stretch their back. Wall bars are also useful for parkour training. They provide several different heights to jump to and provide an area to jump off from. For nowadays, more and more people choose to use it at home, which they can do the exercise at any time.

The material for the EASTOMMY’s Wall Bars is made of pine wood, and easy to set up at home or any other places.

We sell in different sizes, the most popular size is 195x80x15.8cm with the bars has 3.2cm diameter. The loading capacity is around 150kg, can hold 2-3 adults.

Children should be used under the care of adults.
